Lighthouse Point Estates is a gated private community with two Security Gates. The main gate is for residents and guests only with 24/7 operation.  The second gate, located further into the subdivision, is primarily for construction and other vendors and operates Monday - Friday (7am - 7pm) and Saturday (7am - 5pm). LPE's dedicated security staff monitors the community 24 hours a day 7 days a week.   

The community is open to property owners and their properly registered guests only. If you wish to visit LPE, please contact the owner you wish to visit in advance so a guest pass can be arranged. If you wish to look at property for sale, your real estate agent must accompany you and present their business card and ID to gain access.​
