The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) of the Lighthouse Point Estates HOA is managed by volunteer homeowners. They are responsible for interpreting and enforcing the architectural guidelines of the community to ensure owners are in full compliance with the association's governing documents as well as the Mexican Federal statutes monitored by agencies Semarnat and Profepa.  A Construction Manager, hired by the HOA Board, works with the ARC and is responsible for all revisions of plans and inspections at the construction sites.

Included in the fee for the architect is: 

• 2 plan revisions

• 4 construction worksite inspections, including a topographical verification check.​​
