The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) of the Lighthouse Point Estates HOA is managed by volunteer homeowners within the association. They are responsible for interpreting and enforcing the architectural guidelines of the community to ensure that the owners are in full compliance with the association's governing documents as well as the Mexican Federal statutes monitored by agencies Semarnat and Profepa.  The new architect hired by the board works with the ARC and is responsible for all revisions of plans and inspections at the construction sites and reports back to the ARC.
Included in the fee for the architect is:
2 plan revisions
4 construction worksite inspections, including a topographical verification check.
