Once your property is under contract, complete the No Debt Letter Request form to the right. Your account will be charged the $100 No Debt Letter Fee. Once payment is made, please allow 10 business days for processing before the letter is issued.
Make sure the purchaser has reviewed all of the important documents for the Lighthouse Point Estates HOA. You can find these under the Document Library.
To complete the ownership transfer, the HOA must receive a copy of a Deed Transfer or Fideicomiso. The HOA will not change the responsible party in the accounting system without this.
